Methodology

EarlySite Signals is designed to turn public NSW planning activity into a narrow, source-linked opportunity feed for commercial suppliers to childcare projects. This page explains the safeguards behind that promise.

Scope

We look for public planning records that indicate a new childcare centre, expansion, change of use, alteration or fit-out opportunity in NSW. A keyword alone is not enough: records need enough context to be commercially useful and traceable.

Source and provenance

Every published signal is intended to link back to the relevant public or official source so a customer can check the record before acting. We identify the source record, location, council, dates and publicly stated project context where available.

Qualification and review

Records are classified for childcare relevance, checked for essential fields and screened for an adequate confidence level. Incomplete, ambiguous or weak matches are held for review rather than represented as verified opportunities.

Privacy and responsible use

We do not publish guessed contact details and exclude private-person applicant names from the feed. Customers remain responsible for their own lawful, respectful sales process and should use the linked source to verify a record.

Current availability

The public sample uses clearly marked historic examples while the NSW source connection is being finalised. We will not describe a demonstration record as a live opportunity. Once live coverage begins, the applicable source and coverage notes will be stated in each digest.
